But still, do a defrag and back up first. I did this when I setup Debian linux on my windows xp laptop. It works beautifully. You can google it and find it just about anywhere. Odds are the centos install cd will have it on there for your use. Sadly there is not enough room on here to go into detail to explain how to do it... It is scary at first because you can potentially lose your xp partition. But if you follow the directions you will sweat a little but it works wonderfully... I did it then on several other computers since then... Good luck!!!! USe the linux or opensource software called ntfsresize.
