Well you can’t do anything about it, try waiting a little bit longer and if nothing happens try sending them email or something..

oh i no this happened to me
i just went on my other computer
but for me it wud work one day then the nxt day it wudnt then it kept on going on and on ………………
my dad fixed it idk no how sorryy =[
