I have a usb DVD-ROM and I want to install linux (CentOS) from a DVD image. Unfortunaly the PC doesn’t boot from the DVD-ROM:( Is there any way to hack the bios to make this work or do you know any other software that i can copy to a bootable CD or floppy disk to boot the installation from the DVD?????
The bios does not reconize the DVD-ROM because it is plugged on the usb. I only see IDE drives and the floopies. Only on windows it works.
