Question by Jolie: What is your personal favorite linux distribution?
Just want a few ideas, looking to put linux on my laptop, I find windows is too bloated.

OpenSUSE, of all the distributions I’ve tried it seems to be the most polished and very flexible/configurable. It is easy enough for those who are new to Linux and offers a lot to those who are old to Linux.
Debian is also excellent and while not very polished, it is one of most versatile and can do just about thing you want it to do with its huge library of available software.
