Question by tota: RedHat Lunix – can the administrator (root) change the password for the user in remote computer?
Would it be possible as the adminstrator (root) on your own machine to change the password of the user “Lab” on the remote machine? if so, how?

You would need to have root access to the remote machine as well, or the current login and password of whichever user you are trying to change the password for on that remote machine.
